Taugler Dialect Way of the Cross

The Taugler Dialect Way of the Cross in St. Koloman is a 3.4 km panoramic circular trail with five chapels, accessible year-round. Artistic images by Edith Moser and dialect texts by Prof. August Rettenbacher invite you to pause and reflect. The trail was initiated in 2011 and offers a special spiritual experience even in winter when it is milled – sturdy footwear is recommended!

Rest area at Kirchbühel

A special place of tranquility with a view of the impressive Osterhorn mountain range. It was here in 1898 that an imperial oak tree was planted to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Emperor Franz Josef's accession to the throne. Although it fell victim to a storm in 2016, the historical significance of the site remains alive.
